How long will my order take?

Allow 1 to 2 days to prepare it, then 3 to 5 business days to France, Belgium and Luxembourg, and 5 to 9 business days to Switzerland and Canada.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. It is free to every destination we serve, whatever the order value.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided it is complete and in resalable condition. Write to contact@celiouh.store and we send you what to do.

When am I refunded?

As soon as the return is received and checked. The amount goes back to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Is payment secure?

Yes. The transaction is encrypted end to end (SSL/TLS) by our payment provider; no card data passes through us or is stored by us.

My parcel has stopped moving — what should I do?

If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us: we open an enquiry with the carrier and, if that leads nowhere, we reship or refund.
