Shipping Policy
Celiouh orders are shipped by EasyFlowX L.L.C. from our European partner warehouse. Preparation takes 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times and zones
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg — 3 to 5 business days
- Switzerland, Canada — 5 to 9 business days, customs formalities included
Total time from order to delivery: 4 to 7 business days for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, and 6 to 11 business days for Switzerland and Canada (preparation + transit).
Shipping costs
Shipping is free to every destination we serve, with no minimum order value.
Duties and taxes
For deliveries to France, Belgium and Luxembourg the price shown is final: taxes included, nothing extra on arrival. For Switzerland and Canada, outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier or by customs on delivery; they are not included in the price and remain payable by you.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. It may stay inactive for 24 to 48 hours, until the first scan.
Incomplete address
A wrong address is the number one cause of delay. Check it before confirming; if you spot a mistake, write to us immediately at contact@celiouh.store — as long as the parcel has not left, we can correct it.
Late or lost parcels
If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us. We open an enquiry with the carrier and, if that leads nowhere, we reship or refund the order.
