At Celiouh, an object that doesn't find its place in your home does not have to stay there: you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to ask us for a return.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, with no reason required. Our 30-day policy is in addition to that right; it does not replace it and does not limit it in any way. To exercise it, an unambiguous statement is enough: an email to contact@celiouh.store giving your order number and stating that you wish to withdraw.

Conditions

The item must be complete and in resalable condition, returned in its original packaging. Items that have visibly been used, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be taken back.

How to proceed

Write to contact@celiouh.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the return address and what to do. Do not ship anything before you have that address: our registered office does not receive parcels. Return postage is at your expense, except where we made a mistake or the product is faulty.

Refunds

As soon as the parcel is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your account depends on your bank, generally 3 to 10 business days.

Damaged product or wrong item

Send us a photo at contact@celiouh.store within 7 days of delivery. We reship or refund, with no return cost to you.

Statutory warranties

Regardless of the above, you keep the benefit of the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided by the law of your country of residence.
