1. Identity of the seller
Celiouh is a brand operated by EasyFlowX L.L.C., a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, registered on 2 September 2026 with the Wyoming Secretary of State under filing number 2026-002072331, whose registered office and mailing address are 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. 2. Purpose
These terms govern every order placed on celiouh.store. Placing an order means full and unreserved acceptance of them, in the version in force on the day of the order.
3. Products
Images and descriptions are indicative: slight variations in shade or finish may occur between batches. Our products are comfort and wellbeing items; they are neither a medical device nor a treatment, and they do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars, all taxes included, excluding any import duties for destinations outside the European Union. EasyFlowX L.L.C. may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The sale is deemed concluded when the confirmation email is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is manifestly fraudulent or placed in breach of these terms; the amount is then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately on ordering, by the methods offered at checkout. The transaction is encrypted end to end (SSL/TLS) by our payment provider; no card data passes through us or is stored by us.
7. Delivery
Terms, zones and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. The times given are estimates in business days.
8. Withdrawal and returns
See our Refund Policy, which sets out the 30-day window and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for European Union consumers.
9. Warranties
You have the benefit of the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided by the law of your country of residence.
10. Liability
EasyFlowX L.L.C. cannot be held liable for use of a product that does not match its intended purpose or its instructions, nor for indirect damage arising from use of the site.
11. Intellectual property
The texts, images and graphic elements of celiouh.store are the property of EasyFlowX L.L.C. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), where EasyFlowX L.L.C. has its seat. This clause does not deprive consumers of the mandatory provisions — consumer protection, statutory warranties, right of withdrawal — of the law of their country of habitual residence, nor of the ability to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
